SHOCKING TWIST!!! EastEnders airs devastating Vicki and Ross wedding twist in early iPlayer release

EastEnders has aired a devastating twist on Vicki Fowler and Ross Marshall’s wedding day, as the couple’s nuptials go seriously wrong. This week, Vicki has decided for certain that it’s Ross she wants to be with after her secret fling with Zack Hudson, and preparations took an exciting turn when Sharon Watts made a surprise return to Walford for the big day.

However, it’s been a trickier week for Zack, with his ex, Whitney, returning to tell him that she is seeing someone else, and Barney giving him some home truths about his love life.

Zack began to spiral, and when Ross found lingerie in the living room that Vicki had picked out for her wedding night, Zack suggested to him that his fiancée might still be cheating on him.

In today’s episode, the community came together for the big wedding day, though birthday girl Vicki couldn’t get hold of Ross – who was having doubts about getting hitched.

Despite Zack trying to stop proceedings, Ross decided to go through with the wedding. Zack made one final attempt to give Vicki second thoughts, but she urged him to stay away from the wedding if he can’t be happy for her.

Over the course of the day, however, Ross began to get suspicious about Vicki and Zack. He noticed a strange comment from Mark, and later a knowing look from Ian and Kathy when Linda joked that Vicki and Zack had run away together, leaving him convinced that he was missing something.

Meanwhile, Vicki faced a major obstacle of her own as there was a problem with the wedding car, meaning that she and Mark were forced to take the tube to the ceremony at Container Junction.

To make matters worse, the pair got stuck on the tube for a while and Vicki was late for her own wedding. They eventually arrived at the marquee, but Vicki was concerned that Ross thought she had got cold feet.

Best man Zack then turned up in a foul mood, then the ceremony began. As the celebrant was speaking, Ross was distracted – and as he looked at Vicki and Zack, he finally put the pieces together.

“He’s been telling me not to trust you,” Ross said to Vicki. “Why would he do that? Was it him? Is he the bloke you slept with?”

As Vicki sadly confirmed her and Zack’s betrayal, how will he react to this bombshell?
