EastEnders has revealed another secret involving Priya Nandra-Hart and Max Branning, as the pair’s shocking betrayal takes another turn. Max is currently engaged to Cindy Beale, but on the night he popped the question and was initially rejected, he and Priya sought comfort in one another and slept together.
This week, Cindy made preparations for her and Max’s engagement party at The Vic, but as Priya helped with the plans, she took every opportunity to goad Max and Cindy grew suspicious.
On the day of the party, in today’s episode, Priya continued to make pointed comments towards Max and Cindy. As Priya ignored a call from Avani, Max warned her to stay away from the party.

Priya soon discovered what her daughter wanted, as Avani arrived at the car lot to confront her mum, explaining that she had gone to see Ravi in the mental health unit and discovered that her dad had been gone for weeks.
After the teen stormed out, Lauren encouraged Priya to be honest with her kids. She went home for a frank conversation with Avani and Nugget, saying that she doesn’t know where Ravi is but promising not to lie to them anymore.
As Avani and Nugget went out with their friends, Priya decided to go out herself and showed up at Cindy and Max’s party. Determined to let her hair down, she let Mark buy her a drink.
Priya continued to chastise loved up Max and Cindy as the night went on, and Cindy grew tired of her spoiling their big night. Cindy eventually decided to confront Priya in front of everyone and raged at her, even blaming her for Ravi’s mental health struggles.
Max and Priya followed Cindy to the bathroom, and Priya apologised to them both – though left Cindy with a warning about her fiancé.
As Oscar made a speech for his dad, Max snuck back to the bathroom to ask Priya what she wants from him. The pair gave into temptation again and headed into the toilet cubicle for another passionate encounter. Will they be caught out?
