In the aftermath of Bea’s brutal accusation that Billy tried to get her into bed, Honey has been feeling increasingly disturbed by her friend’s alarming actions.

Regretting her choice to believe Bea over Billy, Honey starts to suspect that Bea herself could be behind the dating profile that she discovered in her husband’s name…

“Once the initial shock wears off, Honey begins to doubt that bumbling Billy has it in him to hurt her like this,” begins our EastEnders insider. “She became so wrapped up in having a best friend that she forgot that she had one all along – her Billy!

“He’s supported Honey through her menopause and accident recovery and has proven his devotion beyond doubt. Hopefully it’s not too late for them to find a way back…”

While his wife starts to reach fresh conclusions about Bea, Billy does some digging of his own and learns that Bea’s former landlord is willing to cough up some interesting information about her past.

After Billy tells Honey what he’s learned, she follows the lead and makes a jaw-dropping discovery about her best pal!

“Despite being Linda’s old schoolmate, we actually don’t know very much about what led Bea to become homeless and flee to Walford for help,” our source says.

“Viewers will remember that Bea was kicked out of her flat when she first met Honey, and it’s this landlord who could provide the key to understanding what makes her tick…”

Meanwhile, Billy boldly takes a stand against Bea and attempts to cut her out of his and Honey’s lives forever. However, it isn’t long before Bea is up to her old meddling tricks, causing the situation to spiral out of control and putting Billy in serious danger.

“Bea has form when it comes to trying to hurt Billy, and although her previous attempt with the ladder didn’t go to plan, she’s proven that she’s a genuine threat,” remarks our insider.
