ABC General Hospital Spoilers Next TWO Week – (5/18/26 – 5/29/26)

The drama in Port Charles is about to spiral into absolute chaos over the next two weeks, and nothing—and no one—is going to escape unscathed. From violent outbursts at high-end restaurants to secret police conspiracies, hostage situations, and devastating family betrayals, the period between May 18th and May 29th is shaping up to be one of the most explosive stretches yet.

Chaos Erupts at the Metro Court Gardens

Things kick off in shocking fashion at the Metro Court Gardens, where Curtis Ashford completely loses control in a moment that leaves everyone stunned. After spotting Isaiah having lunch with Portia Robinson—who is currently pregnant—Curtis misreads a tender moment where Isaiah places a hand on Portia’s stomach, likely feeling the baby move.

But Curtis snaps.

In a public meltdown, Curtis shouts across the restaurant, “Take your hands off my child!” before lunging at Isaiah and violently attacking him. The situation escalates instantly as Isaiah is knocked to the ground, visibly injured and in severe pain, while Portia screams at Curtis in disbelief and fury, demanding to know what has gotten into him.

What was supposed to be a simple lunch turns into a full-blown scandal, and Curtis’s actions may have long-lasting consequences—legally and personally.

A New Detective Enters Port Charles… With Secrets

The aftermath of the incident sets the stage for the arrival of Detective Joe Fitzpatrick, who debuts with authority and immediately begins making waves. Early spoilers suggest Joe wastes no time making an arrest, and all signs point directly to Curtis Ashford being taken into custody for the assault.

However, Joe Fitzpatrick may not be the clean-cut lawman he appears to be. Whispers around Port Charles suggest he could be tied to the shadowy operations of Jen Sidwell, who already has multiple people under his influence—including Jordan Ashford, currently deep undercover at Sidwell’s direction despite opposition from ADA Justin Turner.

If Joe is indeed working for Sidwell or connected to Ross Collem’s larger web of corruption, then Dante Falconeri may be walking straight into a trap.

Dante’s Nightmare and a Dangerous Cover-Up

No photo description available.

Dante Falconeri is already under extreme pressure after discovering that Rocco was the one who shot Ross Collem on the pier. Instead of reporting it, Dante has helped bury the truth to protect his son.

Complicating matters further, Elizabeth Baldwin noticed key evidence that could expose everything, while Spencer admitted that “Nathan West”—who is secretly revealed to be Cassie—helped manipulate parts of the cover-up.

Dante is now in a dangerous position: protecting his son while risking his badge, his freedom, and possibly his entire future. If Joe Fitzpatrick begins digging—especially if he’s aligned with Collem—Dante’s world could implode.

Britt Westbourne Reaches a Breaking Point

Meanwhile, Britt Westbourne is spiraling emotionally as she continues battling Huntington’s disease. Recently, she confessed to Lucas Jones that she feels like disappearing entirely, even suggesting she might allow her illness to take its natural course.

But Lucas refuses to let her give up, especially with threats growing from Collem and Sidwell.

Spoilers for May 25th–29th reveal Britt becomes deeply entangled in a new crisis involving both Danny and Rocco. Rumors swirl that Collem may begin suspecting Danny of being involved in the shooting, putting Britt in an impossible position as she tries to protect Jason’s son while also keeping Rocco out of prison.

Her situation becomes even more complicated when Danny and Charlotte Cassadine take matters into their own hands with a reckless break-in at Wyndemere, the Cassadine estate known for danger and secrets.

Wyndemere Secrets and Hostage Horrors

At Wyndemere, chaos continues as Jocelyn Jacks remains trapped in the catacombs under the control of the dangerous Cassius. Held against her will in a space once used to imprison others—including Anna Devane—Jocelyn refuses to give in.

Despite her situation, she discovers a chilling clue confirming Anna was once held in the exact same location, deepening the mystery and connecting past and present trauma in Port Charles.

Jocelyn considers manipulation as a survival strategy, trying to outwit Cassius rather than fight him directly.

At the same time, Lulu Spencer becomes entangled in Cassius’s influence as well. Shockingly, Nathan West/Cassie attempts to reconnect with Lulu, even asking for another chance.

Against better judgment, Lulu contemplates staying close to him to gather information, a risky move that could blow up spectacularly—especially if Dante Falconeri discovers she is once again involved with someone tied to the kidnapping of Jocelyn.

Carly’s House Becomes Ground Zero for Chaos

Over at Carly Spencer’s home, things are spiraling into absurd levels of chaos. A major incident unfolds when Nina Reeves accidentally injects Jack Brennan with a syringe containing paralytic fluid originally linked to Drew Cain’s treatment.

Brennan collapses immediately, leaving Valentin Cassadine scrambling. Seeing an opportunity, Valentin suggests hiding Brennan in Carly’s attic, turning her home into yet another unofficial safe house for dangerous secrets.

Carly is far from pleased, but she is quickly outnumbered as Valentin pushes forward with his plan while tension rises between them.

Meanwhile, Ross Collem, now Brennan’s superior, begins noticing his absence and starts investigating, putting everyone at risk.

Drew Cain Awakens… and Willow Is Cornered

Inside the same house, Drew Cain begins to regain awareness as the effects of the paralytic wear off due to missed doses. He slowly starts moving and realizes something is terribly wrong.

However, Willow Cain is forced into an impossible situation when Jen Sidwell delivers a chilling ultimatum: keep Drew incapacitated or face deadly consequences.

Panicked, Willow rushes back and stops Drew from calling for help, essentially becoming his unwilling jailer.

Later, Nina confronts Willow and is stunned when she hears unexpected “good news” involving Brennan’s condition—suggesting Willow may be hiding something far more dangerous than anyone realized.

Michael’s Manipulative Custody Trap

Elsewhere, Michael Corinthos is revealed to be orchestrating a disturbing scheme. He is actively trying to push Willow Cain and Harrison Chase closer together in hopes they will begin an affair.

Why? So he can use the evidence against Willow in a custody battle.

A private investigator already captured suggestive photos of Chase and Willow together in the park, which Michael intends to weaponize.

As Chase innocently discusses adoption plans for baby Phoebe with Brook Lynn Quartermaine, he unknowingly feeds directly into Michael’s trap. Brook Lynn, meanwhile, is drowning in guilt over her role in Jordan Ashford’s accident and fears the truth about Phoebe’s custody battle will explode at any moment.

Alexis, Ava, and the Deepening Mystery

Alexis Davis teams up with Ava Jerome to investigate the mysterious past of Delilah Wilson, trying to uncover the truth behind Phoebe’s origins. Their search leads them into dangerous territory involving hidden art dealings and buried secrets.

Unbeknownst to them, Ethan Lovett is secretly connected to Delilah and is desperately trying to conceal his involvement. He even destroys evidence tying him to her death, fully aware that exposure could destroy everything.

Meanwhile, misunderstandings involving Sonny Corinthos, Ava, and Ethan temporarily spiral into confusion over a supposed kidnapping, which is later revealed to be a bizarre misunderstanding involving an art-related “rescue.”

Final Fallout

As Port Charles heads into late May, every storyline collides into a storm of deception, violence, and betrayal. From Curtis’s devastating public assault to Dante’s crumbling cover-up, Britt’s heartbreaking decline, Willow’s moral imprisonment, and Carly’s increasingly dangerous home situation, no character is safe.

And with Sidwell, Collem, Cassius, and multiple hidden agendas tightening their grip, the question isn’t who will fall next—it’s how many will be taken down when everything finally explodes.

One thing is certain: Port Charles is heading straight into chaos, and there’s no turning back.
