tough times EastEnders star Clair Norris breaks down in tears as she opens up about the ‘bad’ body positive days in honest video
EASTENDERS star Clair Norris dabbed away the tears as she opened up on the “bad days” where she can “hardly get out of bed” when her self-confidence takes a dip.
The body positive campaigner, 28, who has secured a huge social media following since exiting the BBC soap last year, often talks candidly about her figure.

She previously admitted she was “mortified” when she purchased plus sized clothes while her former co-star recently stepped in to defend her after trolls branded her “fat”.
Clair, who played much-loved Bernie Taylor and was axed from the soap last summer, took to her Instagram grid to upload a clip showing her wearing a brown co-ord.
She was seen looking awkward as she tried to film a video in the two-piece and confessed she “wasn’t feeling my best”.
The BBC One star was then seen looking uncomfortable as she bit her nails and played with her hair, before ultimately walking away from the camera.

In her lengthy caption she wrote: “Reminder: You can be body positive and still have bad days.
“Confidence isn’t loving yourself every single day – it’s showing yourself kindness, even on the days that you don’t.
“I want this space to be more than just a highlights reel, so here I am on what was actually a pretty difficult day for me.
“The truth is, we’re all human, we all have emotions and we all have good days and bad days. Days where we feel unstoppable and days where we can hardly get out of bed”.
Clair added: “So here’s a little reminder that behind every post is a real human being, figuring it all out one day at a time…”
Previously, Clair exclusively told The Sun of her devastating soap exit.
She first started playing the role of Bernie back in 2017, but following the departure of her entire family over the last few years, the soap’s top boss decided to axe her much-loved character in 2025.
Despite the “upsetting” decision, Clair said she’s excited for the future.
MICHELLE Collins has seen her second EastEnders stint boost her bank balance. Yet what stars have quit this year?
The Sun exclusively reported how Michelle, 62, was down to £20,000 in her company accounts when she agreed to a shock back-from-the-dead return to Albert Square last year.
Her character, Cindy Beale, was presumed dead off-camera in 1998.
Yet what about the 2024 exits?
Earlier this summer, loyal soap fans appeared to note how Stevie Mitchell had “quit” the long-running series.
It came after Alan Ford enjoyed just six-months on-screen.
Bobby Beale actor Clay Milner Russell also left this year after five years in Walford.
Fans also feared Martin Fowler actor James Bye would “quit out of boredom” over recent storylines.
Additionally, a host of stars have quit the BBC soap for Hollywood fame.
One of the most successful stars to come from the BBC One soap is Rob Kazinsky.
He played Stacey Slater’s brother Sean Slater from 2006 to 2009, he has starred in Hollywood blockbusters Pacific Rim and Captain Marvel.
Ben Hardy, who quit EastEnders as Bobby Beale almost a decade ago, went on to break Hollywood the following year, when he starred as Archangel in X-Men: Apocalypse.
Since then, he has played Roger Taylor in Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, and he starred in Michael Bay’s Netflix movie 6 Underground.
Michelle Ryan played Zoe Slater until 2005.
She starred as the lead in short-lived American series Bionic Woman from 2007 to 2008.
Speaking on the red carpet at the British Soap Awards last year, she said: “Obviously it’s upsetting but also I’d been there for eight years, which is a long time to play a character, and I have absolutely loved being in the show.
“They gave me the opportunity to learn on the job and also now I am able take that onto other things that I do.
“Of course it’s sad but at the same time it felt like a natural end, with the Taylors being gone, it kind of felt right. I’m now very excited about the future.”
The screen star then raised cash to pay her bills by flogging her old clothes for £10.
We were then first to report how she was being lined up for a more glam screen role in a rival soap.
Clair spoke to The Sun, on behalf of Casino.org, where she addressed what kind of role she would be interested to portray in a rival soap.
She said: “I’d definitely like to play somebody different from Bernie.
