General Hospital Spoilers Thursday, June 18: Britt’s Emergency – Sidwell Strikes Back – Sonny’s Deadly Plan

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, June 18, reveal that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) has a disturbing medical episode ahead while Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) prepares to get revenge.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also have a potentially fatal plot in the works, so let’s discuss all the drama that’s still to come.

For starters, “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) will open up to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and worry about setting James West (Gary James Fuller) up for some negative emotions, but Nina may defend “Nathan” as a great dad.

Of course, Nina won’t realize that “Nathan” is actually Cassius or that he knows Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is being held hostage at Wyndemere.

Next, it looks like Britt will give Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) a tablet so he can keep up with all the latest news in Port Charles.

Britt will feel like the peace of mind this will give Rocco outweighs the risk of exposure.

Things will take a scary turn later when Britt collapses due to her worsening condition.

Rocco will panic and rush to Britt’s side once he finds her unconscious, so he’ll eventually get on the phone and send out an SOS – most likely to “Nathan.”

As for Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett), he’ll speculate to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about Sidwell having someone on the inside.

Dante already knows about Sidwell’s WSB connection to Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), but he may have to play dumb if Joe starts trying to connect dots.

Dante will also make Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) his confidant on Thursday’s GH episode, so that’ll strengthen their bond even more.

While Laura Collins (Genie Francis) delivers a proposal to someone, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) will catch Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) doing something she might regret.

It looks like Charlotte might be trying to toss mementos related to Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in the lake out of frustration now that he’s bolted for Geneva.

Charlotte would’ve preferred to go on the run with Valentin or live freely with him in Port Charles in a perfect world.

Now that Valentin intends to turn himself in and could be locked back up at Steinmauer indefinitely, Charlotte will be dealing with a lot of pain and anger.

Danny will surely step up for Charlotte and give her some comfort when she needs it most.

Over with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), he’ll talk to Sonny about Sidwell being out there running around loose.

Sonny won’t think that’s a problem and will divulge his plan to Ric, so he may hope to track Sidwell down and kill him.

Laura didn’t want that outcome, but Sonny may insist on doing things his way now.

Finally, Sidwell will focus on setting a trap for his enemies, so stay tuned to see if trouble is brewing for Sonny, Laura, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and others who have crossed him.
